About Our Business

Alberta Service Bureau (ASB) is an authorized agent for Alberta Registries. ASB offers a full catalogue of registry products and services across Canada. The following is a sample of products and services we provide:

- Level Three Corporate Services, Complete Corporate Packages, Minute Books, NUANS Reports, Amalgamations, Incorporations, Across Canada Searches, etc.

- Authorized Contractor for Bank of Canada registrations in Alberta

- Bank of Canada searches in all jurisdictions

- Across Canada Land Title searches & taxes

- PPSA Searches & Registrations in all jurisdictions.

For corporate customers, ASB is happy to set up an account for your business. This will provide faster service and a simple billing system. Your requests are processed in three steps:

1. ASB will provide a Personalized Service Request Form

2. Requests can be faxed or emailed to our office

3. ASB will process and return results via fax, email or mail

How To Find Our Offices

We're located in the heart of downtown Edmonton, on the main floor of Scotia Place. Our office is situated next to Scotia Bank beside the Jasper Avenue entrance.

Scotia Place has underground parking as well as metered parking in front of the building, on Jasper Avenue.

As well, the LRT and Pedway system are accessible from this building.

We are walking distance from City Centre shopping mall and the passport office at Canada Place.
